Come and loose arrows the medieval way with a full 2-hour archery experience in the beautiful grounds of the Gaggle of Geese, Buckland Newton.

For this week only we’re knocking 20% off our usual prices:

You’ll get to shoot authentic handcrafted English Longbows and Mongolian Horsebows using proper wooden arrows with feather fletchings — just like our medieval ancestors would have done.

No experience needed at all. We provide all equipment and full instruction, and we have bows to suit all ages and physiques. Perfect for ages 8 to 80.

After learning the basics you’ll take part in a series of fun archery games and challenges with prizes to be won along the way. 😀

Sessions are run by Glen, a qualified Archery GB instructor, and the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and great fun whether you come on your own, as a family or with friends.

We also offer a full refund or free reschedule up to 1 hour before your session starts… because British weather likes to keep things interesting. ☔💨 If we pause for a passing shower, your session time will be extended.
